Support Packages

Most network
Systems / Computer Hardware come with a 1 year return to base
warrantee. In most instances telephone support proves useless,
and it is then down to you (the customer) to prove that the
system / hardware is faulty and furthermore, that the fault
is not the result of your actions. mmt3 believe that support
should be comprehensive, on-site and fast! |

Support
packages are available for both mmt3 and third party supplied
hardware. Should a problem occur all mmt3 support labour (inc.
call outs) will be covered as will the replacement of any mmt3
supplied hardware with a valid mmt3 or manafacture's warrantee.
If hardware that is not under warrantee requires replacement,
you will be advised of the options available to you. mmt3 will
then arrange the replacement of this hardware on your behalf. |

mmt3 offer
both monthly and annual packages. Prices are dependent on the
following factors: equipment quantity, equipment age, and original
supplier. If a problem with your systems / hardware occurs,
an mmt3 engineer will ask you a series of questions over the
phone, in order to establish the true nature of the problem.
They will then arrange a time to visit (normally within 24 hours)
and fully diagnose / repair the fault. In the event of complete
hardware failure mmt3 will arrange for the hardware to be replaced.

Please note
that mmt3 and manafacturer's warrantee to not cover hardware
damaged due to insufficient protection from the elements. For
example hardware damaged by lightning would not be covered if
it was not connected to a surge protection device (available
from mmt3). Please contact
